​🛑 Returns & Exchanges Policy
​Due to the nature of our Mystery Scoops and Mystery Boxes, all sales are final.

​No Returns or Exchanges: Because the contents of our scoops are randomized and based on luck, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy with the specific items received or if you receive duplicates.
​Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us at [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We want to make sure you’re taken care of!

​Order Cancellations: Once a scoop has been filmed or processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel the order.
Note: By purchasing a mystery item, you are accepting the "luck of the draw" element that makes these scoops so much fun!
